Wang Architects is an emerging architectural practice based in Melbourne with a strong focus on design excellence. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Project Architect to join our team in Melbourne, predominantly working on our bespoke residential projects (single dwellings and townhouse development).

Role: Project Architect
Location: South Melbourne

​

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of Australian architectural experience preferred

• Proficiency in Revit is essential

• Demonstrated experience in delivering bespoke residential projects

• Ability to independently run projects with a keen eye for detail

• Strong technical and construction knowledge

• Skilled in conceptualisation, design development, documentation, and construction stages

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or Rhino

• Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Passion for attention to detail and problem-solving

• Collaborative and proactive work ethic

• Must have the right to work in Australia

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from concept to construction stage services

• Collaborate with the broader project team

• Execute design ideas with clarity and precision

• Conduct quality control and ensure adherence to design standards

• Manage documentation, contract administration, and coordination tasks
