Grosvenor Residence

Our clients, a young couple who recently relocated to Balwyn, approached us to design their new residence as a timeless and inspiring space for their child to grow up in. We referenced and preserved the original architectural style, while respecting the heritage details in the interior fittings. The colour palette of olive and caramel adds warmth and richness to the space.

To complement this, we incorporated minimalist furniture to create a modern living experience for the residents. The result is a beautiful balance of old and new, where the past meets the present, creating a comfortable and inviting home for the family to enjoy.
