JKK Deepdene Office

We were honored to be invited to design the Deepdene Office for the award-winning mortgage broking firm, JKK Solutions. By thoughtfully considering their corporate culture and branding, we aimed to enhance their outstanding young leadership and success through every aspect of our design.

Monochrome elements, inherited from JKK’s head office, are complemented by vibrant colors to celebrate the dynamic culture and morale of the team.

The existing condition presented a compact space where traffic and functionality could interfere with one another. We addressed this by breaking up the space and re-forming it into a series of open and welcoming areas, all while respecting the existing building’s load-bearing structure. The result is a comfortable, home-like atmosphere that both the client and their clients can enjoy. 

A key feature of the new design is its flexibility. The office can seamlessly transition between hosting formal meetings and seminars, casual chats with clients, hot-desking for pop-in work sessions, and company events in the open kitchen and dining area. This adaptability ensures the space meets a variety of needs, fostering a versatile and inviting environment.
